The Cochrane District Master Gardeners are a group of volunteers dedicated to sharing information about gardening with the general public. 
Our volunteer group is part of the Master Gardeners of Ontario and all our members are currently Master Gardeners in Training. 
We are in the process of planning events to share our knowledge with you!

    Member Master Gardener in Training - South Porcupine, Ontario A former College Arts Teacher and a talented artist in her own right; Cathy's expertise with fruit trees and herbs will help when choosing the right plant to grow in the north.

    If you have a passion for gardening and would like to get involved as a volunteer, we would love to have you on our team. You don't have to become a Master Gardener to join. Download the application to become a "Friend of the CDMGs". You will have FREE access to all our activities!

    Laura is our group's Treasurer and a MGiT. We look forward to her involvement in our projects.

The Cochrane District Master Gardeners is a satellite group under the Thunder Bay District Master Gardeners .
Our goal is to have 10 members so that we  can become a separate group under the MGOI.
